Return & Refund Policy

At Agapeyear, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it β€” unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at agapeyear.help@gmail.com to initiate your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at agapeyear.help@gmail.com.
