Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand only.

Tracking Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. Some carriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking status. Tracking may not be available for certain free shipping options.

Multiple Packages To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages.

Signature Confirmation Orders under $200 are shipped without signature requirement. Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at delivery, please provide an alternate address to avoid missed deliveries.

Invalid Address If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we will contact you before dispatching your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Agapeyear is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
